Quantikine™ mRNA is a novel method for quantitation of cytokine-specific mRNA at low levels. It is a colorimetric microplate assay that uses total or poly (A)⁺ RNA and can be completed in less than one day. The Quantikine mRNA assay is amenable to high sample throughput and analysis of multiple mRNA targets on the same microplate. Each Quantikine mRNA assay requires a Base Kit and one or more Cytokine-specific Kits.
