ACE in Human Kidney.
ACE in Human Kidney.
Detection of Angiogensin I Converting Enzyme (ACE) in paraffin-embedded human kidney tissue sections using 15 µg/mL of R&D Systems goat anti-human ACE affinity-purified polyclonal antibody (Catalog # AF929). Tissues were stained using R&D Systems Goat HRP-DAB Cell and Tissue Staining Kit (brown) (Catalog # CTS008) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). See IHC Enzymatic Protocol 1.0.

This antibody specifically recognizes human ACE. This antibody has not yet been tested in other species. This antibody can be used for immunohistochemistry, Western blot, neutralization, flow cytometry, and direct ELISA.

Secondary Antibodies
R&D Systems offers a wide range of biotinylated, HRP-conjugated, fluorochrome-labeled, and unlabeled species-specific secondary antibodies. Our NorthernLights™ fluorescent secondary antibodies are available with three distinct excitation and emission maxima, making them ideal for multicolor fluorescence microscopy.
