Immunohistochemistry : Alkaline Phosphatase/ALPL

Alkaline Phosphatase and Oct-3/4 in Human BG01V Cells.
Alkaline Phosphatase and Oct-3/4 in Human BG01V Cells.
Alkaline phosphatase (ALPL) was detected in human BG01V embryonic stem cell line using 10 µg/mL mouse anti-human/mouse/rat ALPL monoclonal antibody (Catalog # MAB1448). Oct-3/4 was detected in BG01V cells using 10 µg/mL goat anti-human Oct-3/4 affinity-purified polyclonal antibody (Catalog # AF1759). Cells were stained for ALPL using R&D Systems NorthernLights™-557 donkey anti-mouse IgG secondary antibody (pseudo-stained green; Catalog # NL007), and stained for Oct-3/4 using R&D Systems NorthernLights-637 donkey anti-goat IgG secondary antibody (red; Catalog # NL002).

The Alkaline Phosphatase antibody detects human, mouse, and rat liver/bone/kidney Alkaline Phosphatase by flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry. The Oct-3/4 antibody has been selected for its ability to recognize human Oct-3/4. The Oct-3/4 antibody can be used for immunohistochemistry, immunoprecipitation, direct ELISA, and Western blot.

Secondary Antibodies
R&D Systems offers a wide range of biotinylated, HRP-conjugated, fluorochrome-labeled, and unlabeled species-specific secondary antibodies. Our NorthernLights™ fluorescent secondary antibodies are available with three distinct excitation and emission maxima, making them ideal for multicolor fluorescence microscopy.
