Detection of alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) in paraffin-embedded human liver cancer tissue sections using 15 µg/mL of R&D Systems chicken anti-human AFP affinity-purified polyclonal antibody (Catalog # AF1369). Tissues were stained using anti-chicken HRP-DAB (brown) detection system and counterstained with haematoxylin (blue). See IHC Enzymatic Protocol 1.0.

This antibody specifically recognizes human alpha fetoprotein. This antibody has not yet been tested in other species. This antibody can be used for immunohistochemistry, Western blot and direct ELISA.
