Phospho-amyloid precursor protein (APP) was detected in paraffin-embedded human Alzheimer's brain sections using 8 µg/mL mouse anti-human phospho-APP monoclonal antibody (Catalog # MAB2508). Tissue was stained using R&D Systems anti-mouse HRP-DAB Cell and Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS002) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue).
