Detection of Brachyury in differentiated human ES cells using R&D Systems goat anti-human Brachyury affinity-purified polyclonal antibody (Catalog # AF2085). Cells were stained using anti-goat secondary antibody (green) and counterstained with DAPI.

This antibody specifically recognizes human Brachyury. This antibody has not yet been tested in other species. This antibody can be used for immunohistochemistry, Western blot and ELISA.

Brachyury was detected in E9.5 mouse notochord using goat anti-human Brachyury polyclonal antibody (Catalog # AF2085). The cells were stained using NorthernLights™-557 secondary antibody (red; Catalog # NL001) and counterstained with DAPI.

This antibody specifically recognizes human Brachyury. This antibody has not yet been tested in other species. This antibody can be used for immunohistochemistry, direct ELISA, and Western blot.
