CD23 was detected in human PBMCs using 10 µg/mL goat anti-human CD23 affinity-purified polyclonal antibody (Catalog # AF123). Cells were stained using R&D Systems NorthernLights™-557 donkey anti-goat IgG secondary antibody (red; Catalog # NL001) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).
