Detection of CD55 in paraffin-embedded human colon cancer tissue sections using 15 µg/mL of R&D Systems goat anti-human CD55 affinity-purified polyclonal antibody (Catalog # AF2009). Tissues were stained using R&D Systems anti-goat HRP-DAB Cell and Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS008) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). See IHC Enzymatic Protocol 1.0.

This antibody specifically recognizes human CD55/DAF. This antibody has not yet been tested in other species. This antibody can be used for immunohistochemistry, Western blot, and direct ELISA.
