Detection of C-Reactive Protein in paraffin-embedded human kidney cancer tissue sections using 1.7 µg/mL of R&D Systems sheep anti-human C-Reactive Protein affinity-purified polyclonal antibody (Catalog # AF1707). Tissues were stained using anti-sheep HRP-DAB (brown) detection and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). See IHC Enzymatic Protocol 1.0.

This antibody specifically recognizes human C-Reactive Protein. This antibody has not yet been tested in other species. This antibody can be used for immunohistochemistry, Western blot and ELISA.
