GAD-1 in Human Spinal Cord.
GAD-1 in Human Spinal Cord.
Detection of GAD-1 (Glutamate Decarboxylase 1) in paraffin-embedded human spinal cord tissue sections using 15 µg/mL of R&D Systems goat anti-human GAD-1 affinity-purified polyclonal antibody (Catalog # AF2086). Tissues were stained using R&D Systems anti-goat HRP-DAB Cell and Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS008) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). See IHC Enzymatic Protocol 1.0.

This antibody specifically recognizes human GAD1. This antibody has not yet been tested in other species. This antibody can be used for immunohistochemistry, Western blot, and direct ELISA.
