GDNF and GFR alpha-1 Double Staining.
Confocal images of GDNF and GFRα-1 labeling in rat dorsal root ganglia. Tissues were double stained with R&D Systems goat anti-GDNF (Catalog #
AF-212-NA; top panel) at 10 µg/mL and biotinylated goat anti-rat GFRα-1 (Catalog #
BAF560; center panel) at 15 µg/mL. The lower panel shows GDNF and GFRα-1 in green and red, respectively. Similar results were observed by Bar, K.J.

Secondary Antibodies
R&D Systems offers a wide range of biotinylated, HRP-conjugated, fluorochrome-labeled, and unlabeled species-specific secondary antibodies. Our NorthernLights™ fluorescent secondary antibodies are available with three distinct excitation and emission maxima, making them ideal for multicolor fluorescence microscopy.
