Detection of Glial cell line-derived Factor Receptor alpha 3 (GFR alpha-3) in cryostat sections of 15 d.p.c. mouse embryo using 15 µg/mL of R&D Systems goat anti-mouse GFR alpha-3 affinity-purified polyclonal antibody (Catalog # AF2645). Tissues were stained using R&D Systems anti-goat HRP-DAB Cell and Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS008 and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). See IHC Enzymatic Protocol 1.0.

This antibody specifically recognizes mouse GFR alpha-3. This antibody has not yet been tested in other species. This antibody can be used for immunohistochemistry, Western blot, and direct ELISA.
