HB-EGF in Human Placenta.
HB-EGF (heparin-binding EGF-like growth factor) was detected in paraffin-embedded tissue sections of human placenta using 15 µg/mL of R&D Systems goat anti-human HB-EGF antibody (
Catalog # AF-259-NA) using R&D Systems anti-goat HRP-DAB Cell and Tissue Staining Kit (brown) (
Catalog # CTS008) and Haematoxylin (blue) counterstain. See
IHC Enzymatic Protocol 1.0.
This antibody specifically recognizes human HB-EGF. This antibody has not yet been tested in other species. This antibody can be used for immunohistochemistry, Western blot, neutralization, and direct ELISA.
Secondary Antibodies
R&D Systems offers a wide range of biotinylated, HRP-conjugated, fluorochrome-labeled, and unlabeled species-specific secondary antibodies. Our NorthernLights™ fluorescent secondary antibodies are available with three distinct excitation and emission maxima, making them ideal for multicolor fluorescence microscopy.
