Detection of IL-27 in paraffin-embedded mouse thymus tissue sections using 15 µg/mL of R&D Systems goat anti-mouse IL-27 affinity-purified polyclonal antibody (Catalog # AF1834). Tissues were stained using R&D Systems anti-goat HRP-DAB Cell and Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS008) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). See IHC Enzymatic Protocol 1.0.

This antibody specifically recognizes mouse IL-27. This antibody has not yet been tested in other species. This antibody can be used for immunohistochemistry, Western blot, neutralization, and direct ELISA.
