Detection of Kallikrein 11 in paraffin-embedded human breast cancer tissue sections using 8 µg/mL of R&D Systems mouse anti-human Kallikrein 11 monoclonal antibody (Catalog # MAB1595). Tissues were stained using R&D Systems anti-mouse HRP-DAB Cell and Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS002) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). See IHC Enzymatic Protocol 1.0.

This antibody was selected for its ability to recognize human Kallikrein 11. In Western blots and direct ELISAs, this antibody shows less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinat human Kallikrein 13 and Kallikrein 5.
