Detection of Myelin-Associated Glycoprotein (MAG/Siglec-4a) in cryostat sections of rat cerebellum using 25 µg/mL of R&D Systems goat anti-rat MAG polyclonal antibody (Catalog # AF538). Tissues were stained using the anti-goat HRP-DAB Cell and Tissue Staining Kit (Catalog # CTS008); brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). See IHC Enzymatic Protocol 1.0.

This antibody specifically recognizes rat MAG/Siglec-4a. This antibody has not yet been tested in other species. This antibody can be used for immunohistochemistry, Western blot, and direct ELISA.
