Immunohistochemistry : MMP-8

MMP-8 in Human Breast Cancer.
MMP-8 in Human Breast Cancer.
Immunohistochemical staining of Matrix Metalloproteinase-8 (MMP-8) in human breast cancer using 8 µg/mL of R&D Systems mouse anti-human MMP-8 antibody (Catalog # MAB9081), R&D Systems anti-mouse HRP-DAB Cell and Tissue Staining Kit (brown) (Catalog # CTS002) and Haematoxylin (blue) counterstain. See IHC Enzymatic Protocol 1.0.

This antibody was selected for its ability to detect human MMP-8 by immunohistochemistry and flow cytometry. This antibody recognizes both pro and active forms of human MMP-8. This antibody does not cross-react with recombinant human MMP-1, -2, -3, -7, -9, -10, -12, or -13.

Secondary Antibodies
R&D Systems offers a wide range of biotinylated, HRP-conjugated, fluorochrome-labeled, and unlabeled species-specific secondary antibodies. Our NorthernLights™ fluorescent secondary antibodies are available with three distinct excitation and emission maxima, making them ideal for multicolor fluorescence microscopy.
