This antibody was selected for its ability to detect human MMP-8 by immunohistochemistry and flow cytometry. This antibody recognizes both pro and active forms of human MMP-8. This antibody does not cross-react with recombinant human MMP-1, -2, -3, -7, -9, -10, -12, or -13.
