This antibody specifically recognizes rat Notch-2. In direct ELISAs and Western blots, this antibody shows approximately 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant rat Notch-1 and 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse Notch-3. This antibody can be used for immunohistochemistry, Western blot and ELISA.
