Oligodendrocyte marker O4 (O4) was detected in 7-day differentiated rat cortical stem cells using mouse anti-human/mouse/rat/chicken O4 monoclonal antibody (Catalog # MAB1326). Cells were stained using anti-mouse IgM secondary antibody (red) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).

This antibody specifically recognizes Oligodendrocyte Marker O4. This antibody detects O4 in human, mouse, rat and chicken. This antibody can be used for immunohistochemistry and flow cytometry.

Olig2 was detected in 7 day differentiated RCSC using 10 µg/mL goat anti-human Olig2 affinity-purified polyclonal antibody (Catalog # AF2418). Oligodendrocyte Marker O4 (O4) was detected in 7 day differentiated RCSC using 10 µg/mL mouse anti-human/mouse/rat/chicken O4 monoclonal antibody (Catalog # MAB1326). Cells were stained for Olig2 using R&D Systems NorthernLights™-637 donkey anti-goat IgG secondary antibody (red; Catalog # NL002), and stained for O4 using anti-mouse IgM secondary antibody (pseudo-stained green).

The Olig2 antibody was selected for its ability to recognize human Olig2, it also detects rat Olig2. This antibody can be used for immunocytochemistry, direct ELISA, and Western blot.
