Detection of p21 in paraffin-embedded human breast cancer tissue sections using 1.7 µg/mL of R&D Systems goat anti-human p21 affinity-purified polyclonal antibody (Catalog # AF1047). Tissues were stained using R&D Systems anti-goat HRP-DAB Cell and Tissue Staining Kit (Brown) (Catalog # CTS008) and counterstained with haematoxylin (blue). See IHC Enzymatic Protocol 1.0.

This antibody specifically recognizes human p21. This antibody has not yet been tested in other species. This antibody can be used for immunohistochemistry and flow cytometry.
