Detection of Parkin in paraffin-embedded human cerebellum tissue sections using 15 µg/mL of R&D Systems goat anti-human Parkin affinity-purified antibody (Catalog # AF1438). Tissues were stained using R&D Systems anti-goat HRP-DAB Cell and Tissue Staining Kit (brown) (Catalog # CTS008) and counterstained with Haematoxylin (blue). See IHC Enzymatic Protocol 1.0.

This antibody was selected for its ability to detect human Parkin by immunocytochemistry. Reactivity with Parkin from other species has not been determined. This antibody can be used for immunohistochemistry, Western blot, and direct ELISA.
