PDGF-C in Human Pancreatic Cancer.
PDGF-C in Human Pancreatic Cancer.
Detection of Platelet-derived Growth Factor-C (PDGF-C) in paraffin-embedded human pancreatic cancer tissue sections using 1.7 µg/mL of R&D Systems goat anti-human PDGF-C affinity-purified polyclonal antibody (Catalog # AF1560). Tissues were stained using R&D Systems anti-goat HRP-DAB Cell and Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS008) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). See IHC Enzymatic Protocol 1.0.

This antibody specifically recognizes PDGF-C. This antibody can be used for immunohistochemistry, Western blot, neutralization, and direct ELISA.
