Podocalyxin in Human Embryonic Stem Cells (BGO1V).
Podocalyxin was detected in the BGO1V human embryonic stem cell line cultured on mouse embryonic fibroblasts using mouse anti-human Podocalyxin monoclonal antibody (Catalog #
MAB1658). The cells were stained with anti-mouse NorthernLights™-557 secondary antibody (red; Catalog #
NL007) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).
This antibody was selected for its ability to detect human Podocalyxin in immunohistochemistry and flow cytometry experiments. In Western blots, this antibody does not cross-react with recombinant mouse Podocalyxin or recombinant human Endoglycan.
Secondary Antibodies
R&D Systems offers a wide range of biotinylated, HRP-conjugated, fluorochrome-labeled, and unlabeled species-specific secondary antibodies. Our NorthernLights™ fluorescent secondary antibodies are available with three distinct excitation and emission maxima, making them ideal for multicolor fluorescence microscopy.
