Detection of PODXL in paraffin-embedded human kidney tissue sections using 5 µg/mL of R&D Systems goat anti-human PODXL affinity-purified polyclonal antibody (Catalog # AF1658). Tissues were stained using R&D Systems anti-goat HRP-DAB Cell and Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS008) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). See IHC Enzymatic Protocol 1.0.

This antibody has been selected for its ability to recognize human Podocalyxin. In direct ELISAs and Western blots, this antibody shows less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse Podocalyxin.

Podocalyxin was detected in the BGO1V human embryonic stem cell line cultured on mouse embryonic fibroblasts using mouse anti-human Podocalyxin monoclonal antibody (Catalog # MAB1658). The cells were stained with anti-mouse NorthernLights™-557 secondary antibody (red; Catalog # NL007) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).

This antibody was selected for its ability to detect human Podocalyxin in immunohistochemistry and flow cytometry experiments. In Western blots, this antibody does not cross-react with recombinant mouse Podocalyxin or recombinant human Endoglycan.

This antibody detects recombinant mouse Podocalyxin in direct ELISAs and Western blots. This antibody also detects Podocalyxin by flow cytometry and immunocytochemistry.
