Detection of Resistin in cryostat tissue sections of mouse brain (caudate putamen) using 15 µg/mL of R&D Systems goat anti-mouse Resistin affinity-purified antibody (Catalog # AF1069). Tissues were stained using R&D Systems anti-goat HRP-DAB Cell and Tissue Staining Kit (brown) (Catalog # CTS008) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). See IHC Enzymatic Protocol 1.0.

This antibody has been selected for its ability to recognize mouse Resistin. In direct ELISAs and Western blots, this antibody shows less than 2% cross-reactivity with recombinant human Resistin.
