E-Selectin/CD62E in Human Brain.
E-Selectin/CD62E in Human Brain.

E-Selectin/CD62E was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human brain (occipital cortex) using Human E-Selectin Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # BBA16) at 10 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Before incubation with the primary antibody tissue was subjected to heat-induced epitope retrieval using Antigen Retrieval Reagent-Basic (Catalog # CTS013). Tissue was stained using the Anti-Mouse HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS002) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). This antibody specifically recognizes human E-Selectin. Reactivity with E-Selectin from other species has not been determined.

E-Selectin/CD62E was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human kidney cancer tissue using Human E-Selectin Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # BBA18) at 1:100 dilutionµg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Before incubation with the primary antibody tissue was subjected to heat-induced epitope retrieval using Antigen Retrieval Reagent-Basic (Catalog # CTS013). Tissue was stained using the Anti-Goat HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS008) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). This antibody specifically recognizes mouse E-Selectin/CD62E. In ELISA and Western blot experiments, this antibody shows less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human E-Selectin, recombinant mouse L-Selectin, and recombinant mouse P-Selectin.
