TGF-beta in Human Skin.
Transforming Growth Factor-beta (TGF-beta) was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded human skin using 25 µg/mL Mouse TGF-beta Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB1835) overnight at 4 °C. Tissues was stained using the Anti-Mouse HRP-DAB Cell and Tissue Staining Kit (Catalog # CTS002; brown) and counterstained with Haematoxylin (blue). View our protocol for Chromogenic IHC Staining of Paraffin-embedded Tissue Sections.
This antibody recognizes forms of TGF-beta from bovine, chicken, mouse, and human. As a result of greater than 97% TGF-beta homology between species, this antibody may also recognize forms of TGF-beta from a number of other species.
Secondary Antibodies
R&D Systems offers a wide range of biotinylated, HRP-conjugated, fluorochrome-labeled, and unlabeled species-specific secondary antibodies. Our NorthernLights™ fluorescent secondary antibodies are available with three distinct excitation and emission maxima, making them ideal for multicolor fluorescence microscopy.
