Tie-2 was detected in immersion fixed frozen sections of zebrafish embryo (24 hours old) using Zebrafish Tie-2 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF928) at 10 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL001) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). This antibody specifically recognizes zebrafish Tie-2. In ELISA and Western blot experiments, this antibody shows less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human Tie-2, recombinant mouse Tie-2, and recombinant human Tie-1.
