Detection of CA9 in a paraffin-embedded human colon cancer tissue section using R&D Systems goat anti-human CA9 affinity-purified polyclonal antibody (Catalog # AF2188). Tissues were stained using anti-goat HRP-DAB Cell and Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS008) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). See IHC Enzymatic Protocol 1.0.

This antibody detects human CA9. In direct ELISAs, this antibody shows no cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse CA9 or with recombinant human CA1, 2, 3, 4, 5A, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, 13, or 14.
