Detection of Olig1 in paraffin-embedded human glioma tissue sections using R&D Systems mouse anti-human Olig1 monoclonal antibody (Catalog # MAB2417). Tissues were stained using anti-mouse HRP-DAB Cell and Tissue Staining Kit (Catalog # CTS002; brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). See IHC Enzymatic Protocol 1.0.

The antibody was selected for its ability to detect endogenous human and mouse Olig1. In direct ELISAs and Western blots, this antibody does not cross-react with recombinant human Olig2 or Olig3.
