Immunohistochemistry : IL-17 RD/SEF

IL-17 Receptor D/SEF in Human Kidney.
IL-17 Receptor D/SEF in Human Kidney.

Interleukin-17 Receptor D (IL-17 RD)/SEF was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human kidney using Human IL-17 RD Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF2275) at 15 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Goat HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS008) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific labeling was localized to the cytoplasm of glomerulli and endothelial cells in capillaries in connective tissue. View our protocol for Chromogenic IHC Staining of Paraffin-embedded Tissue Sections.

This antibody specifically recognizes human IL-17 RD. Reactivity with IL-17 RD from other species has not been determined.

IL-17 Receptor D/SEF in Mouse Thymus.
IL-17 Receptor D/SEF in Mouse Thymus.

IL‑17 Receptor D(IL-17 RD)/SEF was detected in perfusion fixed frozen sections of mouse thymus using Mouse IL‑17 RD/SEF Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB2276) at 25 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL013) and counterstained (green). View our protocol for Fluorescent IHC Staining of Frozen Tissue Sections. Specific labeling was localized to the plasma membrane and cytoplasm of lymphocytes.
