Immunohistochemistry : Aminopeptidase N/ANPEP

Aminopeptidase N in Human Liver Cancer.
Aminopeptidase N in Human Liver Cancer.
Aminopeptidase N (APN) was detected in paraffin-embedded sections of human liver cancer using 1.7 µg/mL of sheep anti-human APN polyclonal antibody (Catalog # AF3815). Tissues were stained using anti-sheep HRP-DAB detection (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue).

This antibody has been selected for its ability to recognize human APN. In direct ELISAs and Western blots, this antibody shows approximately 20% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse APN.

Aminopeptidase N/CD13 in Human Liver Cancer.
Aminopeptidase N/CD13 in Human Liver Cancer.
Aminopeptidase N (APN) was detected in paraffin-embedded human liver cancer sections using 25 µg/mL mouse anti-human APN monoclonal antibody (Catalog # MAB3815). Tissue was stained using R&D Systems anti-mouse HRP-DAB Cell and Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS002) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). See IHC Enzymatic Protocol 1.0.

This antibody detects human APN. In direct ELISAs and Western blots, this antibody shows no cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse APN.

Secondary Antibodies
R&D Systems offers a wide range of biotinylated, HRP-conjugated, fluorochrome-labeled, and unlabeled species-specific secondary antibodies. Our NorthernLights™ fluorescent secondary antibodies are available with three distinct excitation and emission maxima, making them ideal for multicolor fluorescence microscopy.
