Immunohistochemistry : Coagulation Factor VII

Coagulation Factor VII in Human Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs).
Coagulation Factor VII in Human Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs).
Coagulation Factor VII was detected in PHA-stimulated human PBMCs using 25 µg/mL mouse anti-human coagulation factor VII monoclonal antibody (red; Catalog # MAB2338). Cells were counterstained (green).

This antibody specifically recognizes human Coagulation Factor VII. This antibody has not yet been tested in other species. This antibody can be used for immunohistochemistry, Western Blot, immunoprecipitation, and direct ELISA.

Secondary Antibodies
R&D Systems offers a wide range of biotinylated, HRP-conjugated, fluorochrome-labeled, and unlabeled species-specific secondary antibodies. Our NorthernLights™ fluorescent secondary antibodies are available with three distinct excitation and emission maxima, making them ideal for multicolor fluorescence microscopy.
