Immunohistochemistry : A33

A33 in Human Colon.
A33 in Human Colon.
Detection of A33 in paraffin-embedded normal human colon tissue sections using 1.7 µg/mL of R&D Systems goat anti-human A33 affinity-purified polyclonal antibody (Catalog # AF3080). Tissues were stained using R&D Systems anti-goat HRP-DAB Cell and Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS008) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). See IHC Enzymatic Protocol 1.0.

This A33 antibody has been selected for its ability to recognize human A33. This antibody can be used for immunohistochemistry, Western blot, flow cytometry, and direct ELISA. In direct ELISAs and Western blots, this antibody shows approximately 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse A33.

Secondary Antibodies
R&D Systems offers a wide range of biotinylated, HRP-conjugated, fluorochrome-labeled, and unlabeled species-specific secondary antibodies. Our NorthernLights™ fluorescent secondary antibodies are available with three distinct excitation and emission maxima, making them ideal for multicolor fluorescence microscopy.
