SF-1/NR5A1 in rat adrenal gland.
Streroidogenic Factor 1 (SF-1) was detected in paraffin-embedded rat adrenal gland tissue sections using anti-human SF-1 monoclonal antibody (Catalog #
PP-N1665-00). Tissues were counterstained with hematoxylin (blue).
This antibody specifically recognizes human SF-1 and cross-reacts with rat SF-1. This antibody has not yet been tested in other species. This antibody can be used for immunohistochemistry, Western blot, and direct ELISA.
