Bone Morphogenetic Protein-15 (BMP-15)/GDF-9B was detected in immersion fixed frozen sections of mouse ovary using Human BMP-15 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB2925) at 10 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL013) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). This antibody specifically recognizes human BMP-15. In ELISAs and Western blot experiments, this antibody shows no cross-reactivity with recombinant human BMP-1, -2, -3, -3b, -4, -5, -6, -7, -8, or -10.
