S100A8 in Mouse NIH-3T3 Cells.
S100A8 was detected in mouse NIH-3T3 embryonic fibroblast cell line using 10 µg/mL rat anti-mouse S100A8 monoclonal antibody (red; Catalog #
MAB3059). Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue).
This antibody detects mouse S100A8. In direct ELISAs and Western blots, this antibody shows 40% cross-reactivity with recombinant human S100A8 and no cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse S100A4, S100A9, S100A10, S100A11, or recombinant human S100B and S100P.
