Detection of Serpin A8/Angiotensinogen in paraffin-embedded human cortical tissue sections using 1.7 µg/mL of R&D Systems goat anti-human Serpin A8/Angiotensinogen affinity-purified polyclonal antibody (Catalog # AF3156). Tissues were stained using R&D Systems anti-goat HRP-DAB Cell and Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS008) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). See IHC Enzymatic Protocol 1.0.

This antibody has been selected for its ability to recognize human Serpin A8. In direct ELISAs and Western blots, this antibody shows less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human Serpin A1, -A4, -A5, -F2, -G1, -I1 and -I2.
