Immunohistochemistry : Smad3

Smad3 in Human Pancreatic Cancer.
Smad3 in Human Pancreatic Cancer.
Smad3 was detected in paraffin-embedded human pancreatic cancer sections using 15 µg/mL rat anti-human Smad3 monoclonal antibody (Catalog # MAB4038). Tissue was subjected to antigen retrieval using the Basic Antigen Retrieval kit (brown; Catalog # CTS013) and stained using the anti-rat HRP-DAB Cell and Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS002). Tissue was counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). See IHC Enzymatic Protocol 1.0.

This antibody specifically recognizes human Smad3. This antibody has not yet been tested in other species. This antibody can be used for immunohistochemistry, Western blot, flow cytometry, and direct ELISA.

Secondary Antibodies
R&D Systems offers a wide range of biotinylated, HRP-conjugated, fluorochrome-labeled, and unlabeled species-specific secondary antibodies. Our NorthernLights™ fluorescent secondary antibodies are available with three distinct excitation and emission maxima, making them ideal for multicolor fluorescence microscopy.
