Interferon induced transmembrane protein 3 (IFITM3) was detected in an E13.5 mouse embryonic ovary section using goat anti-mouse IFITM3 affinity-purified polyclonal antibody (Catalog # AF3377). Cells were stained using R&D Systems NorthernLights™-557 donkey anti-goat IgG secondary antibody (red; Catalog # NL001) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).

This antibody has been selected for its ability to recognize mouse IFITM3. This antibody can be used for immunohistochemistry, direct ELISA, and Western blot. In direct ELISAs, this antibody shows approximately 50% cross-reactivity with recombinant human IFITM3.
