Tau in Alzheimer's disease Human Brain (Cortex).
Detection of Tau in paraffin-embedded Alzheimer's disease human brain (cortex) tissue sections using goat anti-human Tau affinity-purified polyclonal antibody (Catalog # AF3494). Tissues were stained using anti-goat HRP-DAB Cell and Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS008) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). See IHC Enzymatic Protocol 1.0.

This antibody specifically recognizes human Tau. This antibody has not yet been tested in other species. This antibody can be used for immunohistochemistry, Western blot, and direct ELISA.

Secondary Antibodies
R&D Systems offers a wide range of biotinylated, HRP-conjugated, fluorochrome-labeled, and unlabeled species-specific secondary antibodies. Our NorthernLights™ fluorescent secondary antibodies are available with three distinct excitation and emission maxima, making them ideal for multicolor fluorescence microscopy.
