Rex-1 was detected in human NTera2 embryonic carcinoma cell line using 10 µg/mL rat anti-human monoclonal antibody (Catalog # MAB3598). Cells were stained using R&D Systems NorthernLights™-557 goat anti-rat IgG secondary antibody (red; Catalog # NL013) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).

This antibody detects human Rex-1 In direct ELISAs and Western blots, this antibody shows no cross-reactivity with recombinant human YY1. This antibody can be used for immunocytochemistry, Western blot, and direct ELISA.
