IL-33 Propeptide was detected in HUVEC using 10 µg/mL goat anti-human IL-33 Propeptide affinity-purified polyclonal antibody (Catalog # AF4810). Cells were stained using R&D Systems NorthernLights™ 557 donkey anti-goat IgG secondary antibody (red; Catalog # NL001) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).

This antibody has been selected for its ability to recognize human IL-33 Propeptide. In direct ELISAs and Western blots, this antibody shows less than 1% cross-reactivity with mature recombinant human IL-33.

IL-33 propeptide (IL-33pro) was detected in mouse lymphoma cell line (EL4) using 10 µg/mL sheep anti-mouse IL-33pro affinity-purified polyclonal antibody (Catalog # AF5010). Cells were stained using R&D Systems NorthernLights™-557 donkey anti-sheep IgG secondary antibody (red; Catalog # NL010) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).

This antibody recognizes mouse IL-33 Propeptide. In direct ELISAs, this antibody shows less than 5% cross-reactivity with mature recombinant mouse IL-33 and recombinant human IL-33 Propeptide.
