Adenomatosis Polyposis Coli (APC) was detected in paraffin-embedded human colon cancer sections using 15 µg/mL goat anti-human APC affinity-purified polyclonal antibody (Catalog # AF3695). Tissue was stained using R&D Systems anti-goat HRP-DAB Cell and Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS008) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). See IHC Enzymatic Protocol 1.0.
