Immunohistochemistry : GRB2

GRB2 in Human Breast Cancer.
GRB2 in Human Breast Cancer.
Growth Factor Receptor Bound Protein 2 (GRB2) was detected in paraffin-embedded human breast cancer sections using 10 µg/mL goat anti-human/mouse/rat GRB2 affinity-purified polyclonal antibody (Catalog # AF3846). Tissue was subjected to antigen retrieval using the Basic Antigen Retrieval kit (Catalog # CTS013) and stained using the anti-goat HRP-DAB Cell and Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS008). Tissue was counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). See IHC Enzymatic Protocol 1.0.

The antibody detects human, mouse, and rat GRB-2. This antibody has not yet been tested in other species. This antibody can be used for immunohistochemistry and Western blot.

Secondary Antibodies
R&D Systems offers a wide range of biotinylated, HRP-conjugated, fluorochrome-labeled, and unlabeled species-specific secondary antibodies. Our NorthernLights™ fluorescent secondary antibodies are available with three distinct excitation and emission maxima, making them ideal for multicolor fluorescence microscopy.
