Detection of Phospho-RPS6 (S235/S236) in paraffin-embedded human colon cancer tissue sections using 5 µg/mL of R&D Systems rabbit anti-human/mouse/rat affinity-purified polyclonal antibody (Catalog # AF3918). Tissues were stained using R&D Systems anti-rabbit HRP-DAB Cell and Tissue Staining Kit (Catalog # CTS005; brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). See IHC Enzymatic Protocol 1.0.

This antibody specifically recognizes Ribosomal Protein S6 dually phosphorylated at S235 and S236. This antibody detects Ribosomal Protein S6 (S235/S236) in human, mouse, and rat. This antibody can be used for immunohistochemistry and Western blot.
