ECM-1 was detected in paraffin-embedded sections of human colon cancer using 15 µg/mL sheep anti-human ECM-1 monoclonal antibody (Catalog # AF3937). Tissue was stained using R&D Systems anti-sheep HRP-DAB Cell and Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS019) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue)

This antibody specifically recognizes human ECM-1. This antibody has not yet been tested in other species. This antibody can be used for immunohistochemistry, Western Blot, and direct ELISA.
