Detection of HAPLN4 (hyaluronan and proteoglycan link protein 4) in paraffin-embedded human brain (caudate nucleus) tissue sections using 3 µg/mL of R&D Systems goat anti-human HAPLN4 affinity-purified polyclonal antibody (Catalog # AF4085). Tissues were subjected to antigen retrieval using basic reagent (Catalog # CTS013) and stained using R&D Systems anti-goat HRP-DAB Cell and Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS008). Tissues were counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). See IHC Enzymatic Protocol 1.0.

This antibody has been selected for its ability to recognize human HAPLN4. In Western blots, this antibody shows less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human HAPLN1.
