FK506 Binding Protein, 51 kDa molecular weight (FKBP51), was detected in paraffin-embedded human prostate sections using 15 µg/mL goat anti-human/mouse/rat FKBP51 affinity-purified polyclonal antibody (Catalog # AF4094). Tissue was stained using the anti-goat HRP-DAB Cell and Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS008) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). See IHC Enzymatic Protocol 1.0.

The antibody detects endogenous human, mouse, and rat FKBP51. This antibody does not cross-react with recombinant human FKBP12, FKBP13, FKBP38, or FKBP52 using Western blots.
