Detection of S100A13 in cryostat sections of 13 d.p.c. mouse embryo using 15 µg/mL of R&D Systems goat anti-mouse S100A13 polyclonal antibody (Catalog # AF4328). Tissues were stained using R&D Systems anti-goat HRP-DAB Cell and Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS008) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). See IHC Enzymatic Protocol 1.0.

This antibody has been selected for its ability to recognize mouse S100A3. In direct ELISAs and Western blots, this antibody shows approximately 40% cross-reactivity with recombinant human S100A13, and less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human S100A1 and S100A11.
