VAMP-1 in Mouse Brain.
Vesicle-associated membrane protein 1 (VAMP-1) was detected in frozen sections of mouse brain (spinal cord) using goat anti-human/mouse VAMP-1 affinity-purified polyclonal antibody (Catalog #
AF4828). The tissue was stained using R&D Systems anti-goat IgG NorthernLights™-557-conjugated secondary antibody (red; Catalog #
NL001) and counterstained green.
This antibody has been selected for its ability to recognize human and mouse VAMP-1. This antibody can be used for immunohistochemistry, direct ELISA, and Western blot. In direct ELISAs and Western blots, this antibody shows approximately 20% cross-reactivity with recombinant human VAMP-2 and less than 1% cross-reactivity withrecombinant human VAMP-5.
Secondary Antibodies
R&D Systems offers a wide range of biotinylated, HRP-conjugated, fluorochrome-labeled, and unlabeled species-specific secondary antibodies. Our NorthernLights™ fluorescent secondary antibodies are available with three distinct excitation and emission maxima, making them ideal for multicolor fluorescence microscopy.
